Welcome to Step Up.
Here people learn that dance is not about just moving but also an expression of your emotions. An expression of your body language. Your attitude. And who you are.
At Step Up, we offer training in the many dance forms of Latin American, Modern Ballroom and Club Dances. Exams are also conducted to perfect what has been taught.
It is not surprising to find us competing at various state level, national level and international level competitions in various dance forms.
NOTE: All our dance forms are based on the curriculum of Imperial Society of Teacher’s Dancing, London which also awards all medals and certifications.
OUR PEOPLE – ARPITA RANADIVE
Certified and trained from Imperial Society of Teacher’s Dancing (ISTD) London, she is ‘highly commended in all the categories like Latin American, Modern Ballroom Dances along with contemporary and ballet dancing. She has won various medals and titles in various state ,national, international competitions. She has choreographed for many local schools and colleges and directed shows. She is a certified teacher and a member of The Dancesport Association. A firm believer of both competitive and artistic dance development, her students too hold prestigious titles and awards. For the last 10 years Arpita has strived to bring her passion and knowledge of dance to establish a quality education for children to learn excellent techniques and love of performing arts."What we teach students goes far beyond a Dance-Step. Skills like discipline commitment,hard work towards a goal and success is the aim of our academy Step up. There is no greater reward than helping a child!
Arpita has achieved her training in the club dances from San Francisco and New York from (in) various International dances like Salsa, Merengue, Bachata etc.
Arpita is a MA topper in Yoga Philosophy from Mumbai University associated with various hospitals and doctors in Mumbai...practicing and curing people in Mumbai..
