Chhabria Cooking Classes
Teaching successfully since 2001.
Cookery classes held on a daily basis (also on weekends) for 72 different mouth-watering classes.
Classes held in the afternoon from 2:00pm – 5:00pm with detailed and exhaustive printed notes having proper tea-spoon and table-spoon measurements.
Easy and simple to follow recipes with exact measurements of even salt and water.
The biggest plus point is that all classes held are practical and not demonstration oriented as is the norm in other cookery classes.
About Mrs. Chhabria:
Hi! I am Mrs. Manju Chhabria, wanting to share my culinary skills with all you people. My classes are so simple and easy to understand that even a twelve year old girl can bake a cake easily. I believe that food should not only be tasty, but also should be visually appealing. I give personalized attention to each and every student - all doubts and queries are solved not only during the class, but also later on the telephone if required. I have housewives as well as beginners coming to me and I programme my class in such a way that it is easily understood by everybody. I do not believe in keeping any secret, but I believe in sharing my secrets so that my students get maximum benefit out of the class. The greatest reward for me is the satisfied look and the happy smile which my students sport after my class. There is no other greater thrill or joy than a student coming back repeatedly for different courses offered. The hallmark of my recipes is that the food prepared during the class tastes the same when the student attempts to make it on her own at her house in the first attempt.This is the level of confidence and enthusiasm which a student gets when she comes for practical training for my cookery classes.
I further emphasize that the food should be prepared with utmost love and care because there is a transfer of energy from the cook to the person for whom the food prepared. Hence I recommend thinking positively while cooking. king.
