Zumba is a fitness class that combines dance and fitness moves. Inspired by Latin dance and music, Zumba uses a variety of styles in its routines, including Cumbia, Merengue, salsa, reggaeton, mambo, rumba, flamenco, and a hip hop. Music selections include both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body. You could burn between 350 to 900 calories PER class, but it all depends on how you exert yourself. Spin Academy
Spin Academy was founded in Mumbai in November 2000. In February 2001 Spin Academy expanded its horizons by starting classes in Nasik and Devlali and it was here that the first live shows took place, with students performing along side their professional teachers.
As well as teaching thousands of students, the academy has always nurtured its instructors and assistants, many of whom started out as beginners themselves.
