We provide coaching for all subjects at Foundation and Executive levels and for practical subjects at professional level. Time table is available separately on the site. For fees, we request you to pay visit to our office.

About the Course:
It is for a student who likes theory subjects more than the practical subjects. Though they are there, more weightage is placed on the theory subjects, especially having a law orientation. The candidate is expected to be conversant with Company regulation and corporate governance. The contribution of Company Secretaries is immense in interpretation of laws especially Company Law. The candidates are also expected to be experts in compliance with Company Law provisions.
Professionals like Company Secretaries cannot afford to become prisoners of the present, but have to take a hard look at the future. Layman tends to focus on the limitations set by the present whereas professionals need to visualize the sweeping changes in future and gear up accordingly. This is a good opportunity to find a spark in yourself and gives a good exposure in corporate world.
A candidate can expect a pay package of three to five lacs (annual) initially at the entry level in the profession. There is no upper limit with the growth in experience and expertise.

31st August for June exams,
28th Feb. for Dec. exams.
For any one group:
30th Nov. for June exams.
31st May for Dec. exams.
Course Duration: If candidate is pursuing after Graduation then 2 years of academics. If candidate is pursuing after 12th then 3 years of academics.

Form fee: 300/-
Regn fees: 7000/-
Foundation passed student: 6500/-
Non commerce: 7750/-

Siddharth has been pioneered with a view to find out the substance, the real meaning of life. From ‘Darkness’ to ‘Light’ is the journey we all go through. The journey called Siddharth started in 1997 when Mr. Vinay Bhagwat, a professional Company Secretary and Chartered Accountant, perceived a lack of proper guidance, mentoring and direction for students pursuing professional courses.
Siddharth Academy was set up in 1997, with a meager strength of three students. 12 years hence, we are an institution catering to hundreds of students per batch. The strength of our family is beyond numbers and statistics. A single location in Thane has expanded to branches at Dadar and Dombivli.
What started out as a small entrepreneurial venture with a social objective has now become a public company. Its social objective is preserved in the form of its arm - Siddharth Education Society, a charitable trust. It is an institution run for the students, by the students and of the students.
